Service and parts are open to serve you.

We are here to support the people who support us! As an essential service, our service department will continue to be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. By staying open, we are helping to ensure that other essential workers have the necessary transportation to get to work and keep our community safe.

Sales is available to answer your questions.

Due to the governor's executive order, we are not able to complete any vehicle sales at this time. However, we will continue to have sales managers available to answer any questions about vehicles, payments, interest rates and more. You can find their contact information below. We wish you all good health during this time and look forward to continuing to serve our community.

At The My Auto Group, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. What We're Doing

  • Complimentary pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle for service appointments
  • Increasing our daily cleaning and disinfecting efforts of the dealership
  • Facilities are being professionally sprayed with commercial-grade disinfectant weekly
  • Hand sanitizer available throughout our facilities
  • Offering virtual appointments for sales appointments instead of coming in
  • Have the option to delay your first payment of a new or pre-owned vehicle by 90 days
  • Temporarily stopped our soda, coffee, popcorn and refreshments to prevent the contamination
  • Educating our employees on how to stop the spread of the virus and to practice social distancing
  • Asking our employees to stay home if they are not feeling well and be cleared by a doctor before returning to work

We realize this an uncertain time, from a public health and economic standpoint, for the country and our community. We are doing everything we can to keep our customers and employees safe and are strictly following the health and safety guidelines from health officials and top doctors.
